Evidence in proceedings taken under, or in connection with, Law

113. (1) In proceedings taken under, or in connection with, this Law —
the burden of proof that a person has had, at any material time —
a particular status for the purpose of this Law; shall be upon that person;
a particular nationality; or
a particular occupation, or, as the case may be, no occupation,
a document purporting to set forth an order or direction given under this Law shall be presumed, until the contrary is proven, to constitute any such order or direction as aforesaid; and
an order or direction given under this Law shall be presumed, until the contrary is proven, to have been validly given and to have been given on the date on which it purports to have been given.
In subsection (1), a reference to the giving of an order shall be construed as including a reference to the making of an order, to the giving of a direction or a decision and to the imposing of a requirement.
