Licence fees

An applicant for a licence or a licensee under this Act shall pay the licence fee for the licence as is prescribed.
The licence fee referred to in subsection (1) shall be payable directly by an applicant or a licensee, as applicable, to the Office at such time or times as prescribed by regulations.
