Universal Service Fund

The Office, for the purposes set out in section 60, may establish a fund to be known as the Universal Service Fund and such fund, if established, shall be managed by the Office in accordance with regulations made by the Cabinet after consultation with the Office.
The Office may cause the Universal Service Fund to be subdivided into one or more sub-funds for the purpose of administering or funding one or more categories of universal service.
