Validity of transactions by unlicensed persons

An insurance contract, transaction, obligation or instrument entered into by any person, whether before or after the commencement of this Law, shall not be rendered void or unenforceable merely because it is entered into in connection with insurance business carried on by a person in contravention of section 3(1).
