External enforcement of Programme

Without prejudice to any agreement or arrangement entered into pursuant to section 12, the Cabinet may, by Order —
designate any territory specified in Schedule 5 as a territory to which this Law applies for the purposes of the relocation of participants under the Programme;
specify appropriate overseas authorities within designated territories that are to give effect to the provisions of this Law in relation to the relocation of participants under the Programme to designated territories; and
specify, in respect of designated territories, the steps that need to be taken there for the purposes of the relocation of participants under the Programme to designated territories.
