Non-disclosure of former identity

A participant who has been provided with a new identity under the Programme shall not identify or disclose his former identity unless he has obtained the prior written approval of the Centre.
Notwithstanding subsection (1) and any other law, the participant shall in any proceedings, be entitled to claim that his new identity is his only identity.
In this section, "participant" includes a person who is no longer participating in the Programme but retains his new identity.
