Unfair dismissal: general

This Part shall only apply to an employee who has —
completed that person's probation period; or
in the case of an employee not employed on probationary terms, completed three months of continuous employment with that person's employer.
Any termination by an employer of an employee's employment shall be fair if it is within section 50 or 51.
