8. Where a declaration has been made and published as required by section 6, and where in respect of the land to which the declaration relates the Governor is satisfied that —
it has not been possible to conclude a satisfactory agreement under section 7;
the negotiations in connection with any such agreement have been or are being unduly delayed; or
it is not in the public interest to enter into such negotiations, the Governor may, by order under his hand, proceed to acquire and to enter upon and take possession of the land compulsorily in accordance with this Law. Section 9 Land Acquisition Law Page 8 Revised as at 8th day of August, 1995 c
