Obstructing lawful authority

Whoever wilfully obstructs any person in doing any act authorised by section 4 or 9(1), or wilfully fills up, destroys, damages or displaces any trench or mark made under section 4, shall, on summary conviction be liable to a fine of one hundred dollars and to imprisonment for one month.
