Claims and attendance

Every person claiming any land or interest in land within an adjudication section shall make his claim in the manner and within the period fixed by the notice given under section 6.
Every person whose presence is required by the Adjudicator, Demarcator or Records Officer, as the case may be, shall attend in person or by agent at the time and place specified.
If any such person fails to attend in person or by agent, the demarcation, recording or other proceeding may continue in his absence.
