Subject to subsection (2), the decisions of the Special Tribunal are subject to appeal to the Court whose findings shall be in the form provided by section 29.
The parties to any dispute before the Special Tribunal may, by mutual consent, before the commencement of the hearing, waive their right of appeal under subsection (1) by giving notice to the Tribunal in that behalf, in which case the Court shall have no appellate jurisdiction.
Subject to this Law, the Rules of Court for Civil Appeals from the Summary Court to the Court shall apply mutatis mutandis to appeals from the Special Tribunal to the Court under subsection (1).
