Definitions

In this Law —
means the chairman of the Commission, appointed under section 4(1)(a);
means the Law Reform Commission established under section 3;
means an office of judge of the Grand Court or judge of the Court of Appeal; and
means the person appointed as such under section 10; and
means a member of the Commission appointed under section 4.
