Subject to this Law and the regulations, the Director shall not, in relation to any one legal aid matter, without the prior written approval of the Court Administrator and the Clerk of the Court, authorise expenditure in excess of twenty thousand dollars.
The Director, the Court Administrator and the Chief Officer shall prepare and submit annually to the Minister in accordance with the timelines and other provisions set out in the Public Management and Finance Law (2013 Revision) a summary and estimate of the financial requirements for the provision of legal aid for the next following financial year.
