Post-foreign qualification experience requirement

To be admitted as an attorney-at-law, by virtue of a foreign qualification, a person shall have had at least five years post-qualification experience in the practice of law in another jurisdiction.
The person under subsection (1) shall be in good standing on a register or its equivalent maintained by a court or other relevant body of the relevant jurisdiction for the purpose of section 32(3) that contains the name of each person entitled to practise law in that jurisdiction.
The post-qualification experience requirements under subsection (1) shall not apply if the person is a Caymanian or the holder of a Residency and Employment Rights Certificate.
