The Council may make arrangements for the provision of a system of legal education and practical legal training leading to local qualification for enrolment as an attorney-at-law.
The Council may make arrangements requiring a person admitted as an attorney-at-law to participate in a programme of legal education or practical legal training.
The Cabinet, after consultation with the Council, may make regulations relating to matters connected with the Council's functions under subsection (1).
