Removal of defunct limited liability companies

The provisions of Part 6 of the Companies Act (2025 Revision) (Removal of Defunct Companies) shall apply mutatis mutandis to limited liability companies including as follows —
references to members of a company in Part 6 of the Companies Act (2025 Re vision) shall be deemed to include reference to members of a limited liability company;
references to the Registrar in Part 6 of the Companies Act (2025 Revision) shall be deemed to include the Registrar under this Act ; and
references to directors and officers in Part 6 of the Companies Act (2025 Revision) shall be deemed to include the manager or managers of a limited liability company or, if no manager has been appointed, to the members of the limited liability company in whom management of the limited liability company is vested.
