The Governor may make regulations prescribing —
the times of opening and closing of markets;
the amounts or rates at which dues and fees shall be levied;
methods of sale in the market by weight or measure and the weights, measures and containers which may be used;
the annual period with reference to which market stalls may be allocated;
for the allocation of market stalls by auction;
for the sale of goods by auction under this Law;
the goods which, when not sold by auction under this Law, may in the market and within one mile radius thereof be sold exclusively by stall holders; and
any other matter required to be prescribed under this Law.
