Seizing or exercising control of fixed platforms

A person of any nationality who unlawfully, by the use of force or by threats of any kind, seizes a fixed platform or exercises control of it, commits an offence whether the fixed platform is in the Islands or elsewhere.
A person who commits an offence under this section is liable on conviction on indictment to imprisonment for life.
