Jurisdiction and prosecutions in respect of ships and aircraft

Proceedings under this Act in respect of an offence on a ship or an aircraft are to be taken, and the offence is, for all incidental purposes, to be treated as having been committed in the Islands.
Proceedings referred to in subsection (1) shall not be instituted except by or with the consent of the Director of Public Prosecutions.
Without prejudice to subsection (2), proceedings for an offence under section 19 alleged to have been committed outside the landwar
