26. The Authority shall —
arrange for the printing of currency notes and the minting of coins and for all matters relating thereto and for the security of such notes and coins; and
issue, re-issue, withdraw and, at its discretion, exchange currency notes and coins at its head office and at such offices and agencies elsewhere in the Islands as it may establish.
