Applications for licences

Applications for the grant of licences shall be made in writing to the Chairperson in the form prescribed in the Schedule —
in the case of general licences, not less than twenty-one days before the 1st March, June, September or December;
in the case of occasional and temporary licences, not less than seven days before the licence is required.
Applications for renewal of general licences shall be made in writing to the Chairperson in the form prescribed in the Schedule not less than twenty-one days before the 1st September.
Applications for variation of licences shall be made in writing to the Chairperson in the form prescribed in the Schedule not less than twenty-one days before the variation is desired.
