Authority may take action in respect of unregulated mutual funds

If it appears to the Authority that a mutual fund is car rying on or attempting to carry on business in or from the Islands and is doing so in breach of section 4
, the Authority has power to apply to the Grand Court for such orders as it thinks fit to preserve the assets of the investors in the mutual fund, a nd the Grand Court has power to grant such orders. Division 2 - Licensed Mutual Fund Administrators
