Mutual fund administration may be carried on by a licensed mutual fund administrator without ref erence to the Trade and Business Licensing Act (2021 Revision) .
A mutual fund or an EU Connected Fund may carry on business without reference to the Trade and Business Licensing Act (2021 Revision) .
