In this Law —
means the chairman of the Council appointed under section 7
means the National Drug Council established under section 3
means a member of the Council, and includes the Chairman and Vice-chairman
means the balance sheet, income statement, cash flow statement and explanatory notes, together with such further accounts or documents that the International Accounting Standards Committee, or such other body as may be set up in its place, may, from time to time, stipulate as being required to summarise the financial affairs of an organisation
except in section 9(2), means Governor in Cabinet
means the member of Cabinet for the time being charged with responsibility for the subject matter of this Law
means the National Drugs Co-ordinator appointed under section 8
means the vice-chairman of the Council appointed under section 7
