85. (1) The Director and the Board shall report annually to the Minister on the business of the Director and the Board.
The Minister shall submit the annual report to the Cabinet and shall then lay the report before the Cayman Islands Parliament at the meeting of the Cayman Islands Parliament immediately following the submission of the report.
