False or misleading information or withholding information requested by the Attorney General

A person who knowingly or recklessly provides the Attorney General with information that is false or misleading commits an offence if the information is provided —
in purported compliance with a requirement imposed by or under this Law; or
otherwise than is mentioned in paragraph (a) but in circumstances in which the person providing the information intends, or could reasonably be expected to know, that it would be used by the Attorney General for the purpose of discharging the Attorney General's functions under this Law.
A person who wilfully alters, suppresses, conceals or destroys a document that that person is liable by or under this Law to produce to the Attorney General, commits an offence.
A person who fails to discharge a duty imposed by or under this Law or wilfully withholds information when requested by the Attorney General to produce such information, commits an offence.
A person who commits an offence under this section is liable, on summary conviction, to a fine of three thousand dollars or to imprisonment for a term of one year or to both.
