Appeals against a review request

A non-profit organisation may appeal to the Cabinet against a decision of the Registrar to request a review in accordance with section 13(3).
Where a non-profit organisation is dissatisfied with a decision made by the Cabinet pursuant to subsection (1), it may appeal to the court against that decision and the court may allow or dismiss the appeal or make an order remitting the matter for further consideration by the Cabinet or the Registrar.
An appeal to the court against a decision of the Registrar or Cabinet to require a review may be brought by a controller of the non-profit organisation or by any person who has supervision of the financial statements of the non-profit organisation.
