In this Law —
has the same meaning as in the Immigration (Transition) Act (2022 Revision);
means the Clerk of the Grand Court;
has the same meaning as in the Immigration (Transition) Act (2022 Revision);
means the register of notaries public established pursuant to section 6;
means the Convention Abolishing the Requirement of Legalisation for Foreign Public Documents done at the Hague, October 5, 1961.
