There shall be published contemporaneously with each Gazette in supplementary form —

all Bills to be presented to the Legislature;

all enactments of the Legislature;

all Statutory Rules and Orders; and

such regulations, rules and other supplementary matters as may be required or authorised by the Governor to be published.
