Registration or de-registration of an older person

Where —
an older person chooses to have their name; or
a person who is legally authorised to act on behalf of the older person, chooses to have the name of the older person,
entered in the Register or removed from the Register, that older person or the person legally authorised to act on behalf of the older person, shall make an application to the Council in the prescribed manner and such request shall be granted.
