Regulations by Cabinet

The Cabinet, after consultation with the Commission, may make regulations consistent with this Act prescribing anything which by this Act is to be or may be prescribed and generally for the better carrying out of its purposes and provisions.
Repealed by section 6 of the Parliament (Management) (Amendment) Act, 2022 [Act 6 of 2022].
