Accounts adjustment dates

The Administrator shall make the account adjustments described in sections 12 and 13 to the account balances of a participant or beneficiary as at —
in respect of a participant or beneficiary described in section 11(1), 31st December, 2004 and the last day of each calendar year thereafter that an account balance continues to be maintained on behalf of a participant or beneficiary;
the date of retirement, resignation or death of a participant;
the benefit commencement date of a participant or beneficiary; and
such other date or dates which the Administrator, in his discretion, considers necessary or appropriate.
