202. A person who unlawfully —
prevents or obstructs any person who is on board of, or who is escaping from, a vessel which is in distress or wrecked, in that person’s endeavours to save that person’s life; or
obstructs any person in that person’s endeavours to save the life of any person so situated, commits an offence and is liable to imprisonment for life.
