Right of inspection

All places used for the storage of poisons and restricted pharmaceuticals are to be open to inspection by the Chief Medical Officer at all reasonable times together with all records required by this Law to be kept and maintained and whoever -
obstructs him in carrying out an inspection;
fails promptly to comply with any of his directions given for the purpose of facilitating such inspection
is guilty of an offence
