15. (1) A police officer may resign from the Service at any time giving to the Commissioner in writing not less than three months’ notice of that police officer’s intention so to do.
Notwithstanding the provisions of subsection (1), the Commissioner may, in any particular case, waive or curtail the period of notice. Police Act (2021 Revision) Section 16 c Revised as at 31st December, 2020 Page 15
