Enforcement of this Law by injunction

The Attorney General may apply to the Grand Court for an injunction on behalf of the Government restraining any breach or anticipated breach by any person of any provisions of this Law and the Grand Court shall have jurisdiction to entertain any such application and grant such injunction on such terms as it may think fit.
An injunction granted under this section shall be enforceable by attachment or committal or otherwise as the court thinks just.
