Authority may take action in respect of un registered private funds

If it appears to the Authority that a private fund is carrying on or attempting to carry on business in or from the Islands and is doing so in breach of section 5 , the Authority may apply to the Grand Court for such orders as it thinks fit to preserve the assets of the investors in the private fund and the Grand Court may grant such orders.
