The Commissioner may, for the purposes of this Law, by notice in writing require any licensee to furnish to him, within the time specified in the notice, such information, being information relevant to the discharge by the Commissioner of his functions under this Law, as the notice may specify.
A person who fails to comply with a notice under this section commits an offence and is liable on summary conviction to a fine of one thousand dollars.
