A member of the Public Procurement Committee, an entity procurement committee or the staff of the Central Procurement Office, shall not be personally liable in damages for any act done or omitted to be done in the discharge or purported discharge of the member's respective duties under this Act unless it is shown that the act or omission was in bad faith.
