9. (1) A direction given by the Financial Reporting Authority may require a relevant person to provide such information and documents relating to transactions and business relationships with listed persons as may be specified in the direction.
A direction imposing the requirement referred to in subsection (1) shall specify how the direction is to be complied with, including —
the person to whom the information and the documents are to be provided; and
the period within which, or intervals at which, the information and documents are to be provided.
The power conferred by this section is not exercisable in relation to information or documents in respect of which a claim to legal professional privilege could be maintained in legal proceedings. Section 10 Proliferation Financing (Prohibition) Law Page 16 Revised as at 1st day of May, 2017 c
The exercise of the power conferred by this section and the provision of information under it is not otherwise subject to any restriction on the disclosure of information, whether imposed by statute or otherwise.
