A person who is aggrieved by a decision of the Financial Reporting Authority to impose a penalty under section 20 may appeal the decision to the Grand Court.
On an appeal brought under subsection (1), the Grand Court may —
set aside the decision of the Financial Reporting Authority;
confirm the decision of the Financial Reporting Authority; or
vary the decision of the Financial Reporting Authority in a manner it considers fit.
