Power to amend section 2(2)

The Cabinet may, on the advice of the Financial Reporting Authority, by order amend section 2(2) to extend the scope of persons operating in the financial sector.
An order made under subsection (1) shall —
be published in the Gazette; and
be subject to a negative resolution of the Legislative Assembly.
