Appeals

A person aggrieved by —
the making of an order by the court; or
the refusal of the court to make an order,
may appeal where applicable to the Grand Court or Court of Appeal.
The operation of an order shall not be stayed pending an appeal unless the court, upon an application and having regard to the circumstances, otherwise directs.
