The Cabinet may make regulations for —
the collection, treatment and disposal of infectious waste and matters related thereto;
the establishment and conduct of a facility or facilities for the treatment of infectious waste;
imposing on the occupier of premises duties in connection with the disposal of infectious waste;
prescribing the charges to be paid by the occupier of premises for the collection and removal of infectious waste; and
generally, the manner of dealing with infectious waste.
