The Commission shall, within three months from the beginning of each year, prepare and submit to the Minister a report containing a summary of its activities for the preceding year in such form and containing such information with respect to permits and tickets issued, prosecutions commenced and fee revenue and fines collected, as the Minister may direct.
The Minister shall, within one month of the receipt of the report, cause it to be laid before the Cayman Islands Parliament.
