Short title and commencement

This Law may be cited as the Public Service Management Law (2018 Revision) and came into operation on 1st January, 2007, except sections 11(2)(b), 17(2), 28(2)(b), 32, 43(2), 51 and 52, which shall come into force on such date as the Cabinet may by Order specify.
