Employment of Official Members

Official Members shall, subject only to the Constitution, be employed under terms and conditions of employment specified in personnel regulations.
Official Members shall be employees of the government and employed on the basis of an employment agreement prepared in accordance with personnel regulations.
If an Official Member is dismissed or retires early on medical grounds (under section 12), the Official Member's employment with the government is terminated concurrently.
