Public Transport Unit and officers of the Unit

There is established the Public Transport Unit to carry out such functions and duties as are assigned to it by this Act or by any other legislation.
The Unit shall be managed by a Director whose office is a public office and who shall be appointed by the chief officer in accordance with the Public Service Management Act (2018 Revision).
The Unit shall also comprise such other public officers as are appointed by the chief officer in accordance with the Public Service Management Act (2018 Revision) and such officers shall assist the Director in discharge of the duties and functions of the Unit.
