Cancellation of inhibition

The registration of an inhibition shall be cancelled only —
on the expiration of the time limited by the inhibition;
on proof to the satisfaction of the Registrar of the occurrence of the event specified in the inhibition;
on the land, lease or charge being sold by the chargee, unless such sale is itself inhibited; or
by order of the court.
