Where an application is submitted to the Authority pursuant to section 14, the Authority may, within five working days of the receipt of an application, request additional information from the applicant for the purpose of considering the application.
Where the Authority makes a request for information pursuant to subsection (1), the applicant shall submit that information within fourteen days of the request or within a further period of time granted and specified in writing by the Authority.
The Authority shall not unreasonably refuse to give a further time period under subsection (2).
